Day 9 - January 9th, 2014 The Eve of our Conference
Really excited to be here at the Gaylord Texan Resort with so many friends - old and new - from so many countries and backgrounds.
Tomorrow is the first day of our 2-day conference so it's going to be a welcome change to stay in one hotel for 3 nights - YAY - no packing and unpacking!!! And.... what a hotel!! It's luxurious, comfortable, and unique. It's all undercover with a huge domed, glass roof. This is going to be so much fun!

We had fun greeting our colleagues and attending a preliminary training afternoon. Being in a bunch of 800 plus people - all healthy and happy - is such a positive experience. Great training from people with big hearts. So many notes to take, and things to take in and ponder. And the motive behind it all - How can we become better at serving other people and helping them to win? What an uplifting concept!
So happy to be here.
